Our "Hailey" skirt is a tailored skirt with an adorable pocket at the top, perfect for putting their favorite trinket safe! It is finished off with a row of ruffles for a girly look!
The skirt is made from 100% cotton designer fabric and can be washed in machine washed in cold water and dried on low in the dryer.

This skirt comes with one layer of ruffles on the bottom edge, I hem the bottom of my ruffles so they will not flip up and reveal a surged edge.
