Sweet Princess Bowtique takes great pride in taking the time to make sure that your little princess has accessories that are just PERFECT! Due to the fact that each item is custom made, we do not allow for refunds or exchanges once an order has been placed. Orders are only refundable is there has been an error on our part. If this is the case, the order must be shipped back to us within 7 business days in the original box and packaging. A refund or even exchange will be given, based upon the customer's preference.
